Dear music lovers, There has been hints here and there for some months, but it's now official, the Swiss masters of post-metal heaviness UNFOLD are back with a devastating new album called "Banshee O Beast" to be released on October the 13th. The album has been recorded by Julien Fehlmann (Kehlvin, Dirge, The Ocean...), mixed by Pelle Henricsson (Refused, Meshuggah...) and mastered by Magnus Linderberg (Cult of Luna) and let us tell you that it sounds like fucking hell on earth!!! The album will be released on black vinyl by Division Records (EU), Grains of Sand (RU) & Dullest Records (USA). The cd digisleeve edition will be an exclusivity from Division Record.

So, it has been planned for quite a long time and after many delays, we're now able to announce officially the release of the new ep from the Danish masters of extreme blackened crust-HxC HEXIS. It's a real honor to be part of this release, as HEXIS has always been among our favorite bands here at DIVISION RECORDS. So this new ep is called "XII" and contains 5 furously insane songs. It will be released on September the 29th on a gorgeous 10" vinyl with cd included. It's with a tremendous pleasure that we officialy announce that the iberic doomsters from PROCESS OF GUILT are going to release their new album "BLACK EARTH" next September!
This new release will be a co-production with our mates from Bleak Recording.

After building up their
particular brand of extremity with a couple of breath-taking and well received
releases – namely, «Fæmin» (full length, 2012) and the «Liar trilogy» (split
with Rorcal, 2014) - Process of Guilt steadily return with «Black Earth», a
sonic mammoth that pushes their music even further into new dimensions of
heaviness, harshness and despair.
All songs on «Black
Earth» result from a meticulous song-writing process developed over the last
two years with the aim of building a sound landscape that reflects the album
title, and where the lyrical themes are directly related to the presence and
function of men in the planet and, particularly man in itself.
«Black Earth» builds
upon five intense tracks, more scorching than anything Process of Guilt have
ever done before. Steadily moving through dynamic rhythm changes, the band
explores a more diverse vocal approach, mantra-like grooves, a crushing rhythm
session, an everlasting love for feedback and more huge riffs than you can ask
for in under 45 minutes.
In order to put this
sonic behemoth in stone, Process of Guilt picked right where they left off their
ever-growing audience with the last full-length, once again returning to the
honorable mixing duties of Andrew Schneider at Acre in NYC (well known for his
work with such bands as Unsane, Julie Christmas, Cave In or Rosetta) and to the
mastering hands of Collin Jordan at The Boiler Room LLC - Music Mastering, in
Chicago (Wovenhand, Eyehategod, Minsk...) thus assuring one more step forward
in their quest for sonic greatness.
Once again joining
efforts with Bleak Recordings and Division Records, September of 2017 will mark
the much anticipated release of «Black Earth», the latest sonic landmark by
Process of Guilt.

Papertank is
a half-Swiss / half-French trio born in 2015. Their genuine originality lies
heavily on their unusual formation, namely, a furious bass, a hammering drums
and an addictively powerful voice. As a mixture made of punk, stoner rock &
post-hardcore, the band displays an unique personality towards a heavy, fast
& dirty music. Functioning as a deep breath of fresh air, this new
promising band seems to know the way to bewitch every listener at the same
speed it plays its unstoppable songs!

2016 first
release was the astonishing 4th album of RORCAL, the fantastic CREON. It was a
real honor for us to collaborate in unleashing such a gigantic master piece of
black art. It is rare to listen to such a complete work of art nowadays, their
unique blend of black metal, doom & drone has reached a level beyond human
understanding.
Then it was
time to do what we wanted to do for years: sign a ROCK band. And this happened
in the form of CHARLES IN THE KITCHEN, this huge groove machine. The idea was
to enlarge our roster with different music styles. After having worked with hardcore,
post-metal, doom, sludge, grind, black and stoner bands, we were ready to dive
one step further and propose a pure rock band. We first released a brilliant 7”
ep as single of their upcoming album. This first song has been on heavy
rotation on Swiss radio, which is a real achievement for us! We are proud and
happy! Then, after the summer, we released the full-length and the truth is
that SLICE, COOK, TASTE & THRILL is one of the best modern rock albums
we’ve heard in years. Well done, guys!
One more
record slot was open for this year, and we decided that after rock, it was worth
to get back to some gloomy violence. That’s why we signed CHARLENE BERETAH for
the release of their first ep, mixing with no shame doom, crust and black
metal. And Jesus, it felt right to do something that nasty & that
primitive!
